GREEN YERBA MATE:
Yerba mate dates back to the pre-Columbian era, when the local Guaraní people in Paraguay discovered and started using it mainly as a wellness beverage. Yerba mate provides healthy stimulation and minerals to support nervous system function, as well as B-vitamins to relax muscles. It’s also known to raise metabolism, regulate appetite, and aid digestion.
APPLES:
Apples are among the world’s most popular fruits. They grow on the apple tree (Malus domestica), originally from Central Asia. Apples are high in fiber, antioxidants, vitamin C, and several other vitamins and minerals, including potassium.
GREEN ROOIBOS:
Green rooibos grows exclusively in a region about 250 km north of Cape Town, South Africa. Green rooibos is a non-fermented red rooibos that offers antioxidant, anti-steatotic and anti-inflammatory properties. Both real green tea and green rooibos contain high levels of antioxidants and may be beneficial for health.
LEMON VERBENA:
Lemon verbena is a perennial shrub used in traditional medicine in many Latin American countries. In addition to providing anti-inflammatory and expectorant benefits, lemon verbena is great for providing relief from colds, flus, coughs, and sinus infections. Nettles are an herbaceous perennial flowering plant, native to Europe, Asia, northern Africa, and North America. Nettle leaf provides excellent support to the endocrine system while also helping to regulate hormones in women. MILK THISTLE:
Milk Thistle is a herbaceous annual or biennial plant with a dense-prickly flower head and reddish-purple tubular flowers native to the Mediterranean region. People have traditionally used milk thistle for problems with the liver and gallbladder. Studies have shown that it might lower blood sugar levels, improve symptoms of indigestion, and support liver function.
