GREEN YERBA MATE:
Yerba mate dates back to the pre-Columbian era, when the local Guaraní people in Paraguay discovered and started using it mainly as a wellness beverage. Yerba mate provides healthy stimulation and minerals to support nervous system function, as well as B-vitamins to relax muscles. It’s also known to raise metabolism, regulate appetite, and aid digestion.
OOLONG GREEN TEA:
Oolong is neither a black tea nor a green tea; it falls into its own category of tea with the most popular oolong tea coming from Mainland China and Taiwan. Researchers in China found that drinking oolong tea can help reduce cardiovascular risks by lowering cholesterol levels; while it has also been shown to aid in weight loss among other health benefits.
LEMON VERBENA:
Lemon verbena is a perennial shrub used in traditional medicine in many Latin American countries. In addition to providing anti-inflammatory and expectorant benefits, lemon verbena is great for providing relief from colds, flus, coughs, and sinus infections.
